"Help People." The words are not very big. You could write them on your thumbnail or paint them across the wide Lone Star sky. But they are more than words at JB Goodwin Realtors. They are a way of life. On the first day of training, we tell each of our new agents that they have a two-word job description: Help People. In each and every situation they should ask themselves, "If this buyer or seller were my parents, my grand parents or my best friend, what would I do for them now? What would I say to them now?" Once our agents answer that question they know what is right, what is best and what is the most helpful thing to do. You see we believe that people know what the best is.
