Karina Davila

I was born in the north but raised in the south. I have lived in Georgetown, Texas for most of my life and know the area like the back of my hand. I love playing tennis, live music, local hiking trails, and frequent farmers markets. I married a native Texan and we are parents of 4 children under 5 years old.

I got into real estate by working for a real estate investment firm, helping investors find their next projects. From there I fell in love with the diversity of the industry and got my real estate license.  In addition to real estate, I am also professional pastry chef, having studied around the world and worked in the food industry for 11 years. I started my own business, Georgetown Pie Co, back in 2019. You can find my pie booth at Georgetown Market Days on second Saturdays in the downtown square. I would love to meet you! I absolutely love being a part of this community and have a passion for serving others.
