Which was SO AWESOME. --For another thing, if you find and want to put in an application on a property and there's even a slight competition, you absolutely want her to be the one advocating on your behalf. Marisa knows exactly how to give you the very best chance to secure the house of your dreams. --From start to finish, she did an exceeding amount of work for us. She asked meaningful questions about what kind of home we envisioned having, which aspects were most important to us, and which aspects we were flexible on, or that just weren't important. We completely changed our targeted area given the insight she was able to share about different areas of the Austin market. And--yes! We found all of her insight to be completely correct, and we are SO VERY GRATEFUL that we changed our course to the path that led to finding our new home.
