When my husband and I decided to sell our home, we were very cautious about selecting an agent. We had not been through the process of selling and were a little overwhelmed. Sheila was recommended by a friend. We were immediately at ease when we met her. She came to our home and, in our very first meeting, she was able to help us ascertain what we needed to do to properly stage our home. Most importantly, she was able to give us some great advice on how to go about pricing our home. In our very first meeting, she gave us comps for the area and informed us that she had already driven around the neighborhood to "check things out". Within 2 weeks, she took pictures, room measurements, had flyers, booklets for potential buyers, and had our home on the internet, and she scheduled our home for an open house as well as an agent tour. We were very impressed with her timeliness, knowledge andcommunication. She answered all of our questions and was available even at very late hours. Needless to say, our home sold very quickly. We had a contract on the house within 7 days of placing it on the market, before we had another home.
