Hello! I’m Adrian Karam, a proud San Antonio native, born and raised in the heart of Texas. As a licensed Texas real estate agent with JB Goodwin REALTORS®, and a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) and the National Association of REALTORS®(NAR), I’m passionate about helping families and individuals find their perfect home in this vibrant city I know and love.

 

My journey into real estate is built on a strong foundation of sales and problem-solving. I began my career in the food industry, quickly rising to general manager, where I honed my sales skills and led my store into the top 10% of company-wide sales. I also traveled to underperforming locations to turn them around, consistently delivering results over nearly a decade. Later, I transitioned to become an ASE-certified automotive technician, but I soon realized my true calling was in sales—connecting with people and guiding them through life-changing decisions. Inspired by my wife’s success as a real estate agent, I joined her in the industry, and together we bring twice the dedication, insight, and personalized service to every transaction.
