About Aileen Yu

I was born in China and grew up in California. I moved to Austin because of the real estate opportunities. I first came to Austin to buy investment houses for myself and then felt in love with city. Shortly after, I moved to Austin and obtained my real estate agent license to help people buy and sell houses.

 

I have over 10 years of experience in real estate including buying and selling for primary, investment, foreclosure/REOs, property management, and short term rental management. I will help you to find your dream house or your investment home as if it were for me. 

 

I have two fur babies and enjoy hiking and camping. I also like to travel and do road trips around US. When not working, you'll see me in dog parks or hiking with my dogs. I have been to 40+ countries and worked/lived in 6 different countries. 

 

I am also a global ambassador for Austin Board of REALTORS® 2023.

 

I graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor in Economics with honors. I also obtained a Master in Business Administration at INSEAD in France. I also obtained a Certificate of Public Accountant (currently inactive). I worked in the corporate world for over 15 years, but I feel more impact as a real estate agent helping people buying/selling their homes.
