About Alexander Castaneda

Originally from South Texas, I grew up in the Brownsville and South Padre Island area. Since making my way to San Antonio and Boerne in 2014, I’ve proudly called this part of Texas home.

Before entering real estate, I built nearly a decade of success in sales and customer service, developing a strong background in negotiation and guiding people through important decisions. I had the opportunity to work with individuals from many different backgrounds, including military members and growing families. Those experiences taught me the importance of listening, communicating clearly, and confidently advocating for the people I serve.

Real estate felt like a natural next step because it gave me the opportunity to put those skills toward something I genuinely enjoy—helping others. Few things are more rewarding than being part of such an important milestone, and I want every person I work with to feel confident knowing they have someone in their corner.

I hold an associate degree in Business Management and have experience with investment properties and working with investors. As a bilingual REALTOR® fluent in English and Spanish, I’m proud to serve both English- and Spanish-speaking clients, as well as those relocating to Texas from outside the United States.

Outside of work, family is a huge part of my life. My partner of eight years and I have two beautiful daughters, ages five and two, who keep us plenty busy. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find us enjoying a day at SeaWorld, Six Flags, or discovering somewhere new and kid-friendly around San Antonio.

I’m also a big sports fan, especially basketball—and living in San Antonio, of course I’m a Spurs fan. Go Spurs Go! Every Sunday morning, I hit the court with a group of fellow dads and friends, and I also enjoy spending time in the gym and staying active.
