In the last 20 years that we've bought and sold houses, we've not dealt with a realtor that is as efficient, committed, customer-focused and nice to work with as Alka. We moved overseas and decided to sell our house. Alka managed the entire process (contractors, stagers, etc.) of getting the house ready for the market. Alka has been very helpful, we first met her when we needed help renting a home. She made the process fast and smooth. Once we were ready to look for a home we knew she was the person to go to. I never planned on owning my own practice within the first year of graduating from chiropractic school, and honestly, it may not have even been in my 3 year plan. This isn't because I wasn't ready, it was because I knew how hard it was for someone my age to have all the pieces fall into place to purchase a small business. I can never forget your exceptional hard work in successfully selling my home in Austin. It was an enormous challenge for me and especially for you due to the economy but you were so positive and you channeled your positive attitude to me every time we met while marketing my Austin home. We worked great together as a team. This team effort consisted of getting the best home designer to stage my Austin home inside as well as outside to very closely resemble a page from the Home and Garden magazine. But nothing matched your continual efforts in marketing my home by literally walking the hard pavement in locating prospective buyers. The pavements were very very hot but that never stopped you. You always gave your 110 percent no matter what obstacles were in your way. You were always available when I needed you and never left me in the dark and that was very important to me. You were successful because you worked very hard and never lost your faith. Keep up your hard work and faith and with these two elements you will always be successful.
