Ms. Rios is great at helping you negotiate the value of the house you are interested in. She is very knowledgeable in the financial aspects of purchasing a house. Her personality is pleasant. Well, where can I start, I was in a messy separation and I needed to find a place quickly, The realtor I was dealing with was Miss Analia Rios, I had visited an open house to see if this was a rental and her response was it was for sale, without going into detail on my personal life, she said she could help me get what I was looking for in a house, I cannot believe that she found me a place within a week of me attending the open house she was at, her quickness, tenacity and a great attitude to what she does got me going and next thing you know I was already in a house, not only this, it was exactly what I was looking for. This was a God send to me and if it was not for her, I would be in a very different predicament right now. Your company should know that even though I gave her a timeline she was very quick to getting me going into a house. I felt that I was important to the company, and she went out of her way to get me going. Staff and professionalism are hard to come across nowadays, I will also be giving her references to my co-workers as she was just a great realtor to deal with, she indeed was a class act!
