Working with Brenda was an incredible experience. My fiancé and I were moving to a new city with very little background knowledge of the market and the ins and outs of leasing in North Austin. Brenda made it so easy and helped calm my nerves throughout the entire process. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the area and helped manage our expectations of how applications would be processed and how the decision would be made by the owner. She made a last-minute Sunday morning appointment happen when the house that my fiancé and I were so excited about came back on the market. She advocated for us throughout the pre-move-in and application process and gave us updates every step of the way. We will definitely be back to work with her when the time comes to buy a home or lease a different property.

Brenda was a God-send! I recently separated from my spouse. Was having no luck finding a new home for me and my daughter because of my credit history. Because of Brenda's caring nature, willingness to hear my story, and offer to help me, I am ecstatic to say that we are moving into a Beautiful townhouse in 2 weeks! Brenda was fantastic! When I was not able to go look at/tour a home, she went and made a video tour and sent it to me. She went above and beyond, for sure. I am so very grateful to her, and I highly recommend her!
