REALTORĀ®My name is Bruce Baum. With more than 40 years of professional sales experience, I have built my career on one simple principle: relationships come first. Throughout my career, I had the privilege of working alongside several industry leaders in the seasonal products industry, where I developed a reputation for integrity, exceptional service, and a genuine commitment to the people I serve.
My transition into real estate was a natural one. Helping people navigate life's important decisions has always been at the heart of what I do. I believe every client deserves personalized attention, honest guidance, and an advocate who truly listens. By putting my clients' needs above everything else, I've been fortunate to build lasting relationshipsāmany of my clients have become lifelong friends.
I'm self-motivated, approachable, and compassionate, with a deep appreciation for the human side of every real estate transaction. Outside of real estate, music has always been my greatest passion. I play several instruments and have performed with multiple bands throughout my life. Music has taught me the value of creativity, collaboration, and connecting with peopleāqualities I bring to every client relationship.
Family is the foundation of my life. I was born and raised in New York before accepting a Vice President position that brought me to San Diego, where my wife and I welcomed our two children. My wife is originally from Austin, and we eventually chose to relocate here to be closer to her family and raise our children in this incredible community. Today, I'm proud to call Austin home and look forward to helping others find a place where they can build lasting memories of their own.
