I began my career in real estate with JBGoodwin Realtors as the Hospitality Coordinator for the Westlake office before moving into the role of Training and Marketing Coordinator. Over the last three and a half years, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with agents serving both the Austin and San Antonio markets, supporting their businesses through training, marketing, systems, and day-to-day guidance.
What drives me most is helping agents build confidence and set themselves up for long-term success. I love knowing that the support I provide behind the scenes ultimately helps agents better serve people searching for their place to call home.
JBGoodwin’s motto, “Help People,” is something I truly carry into my work every day. Whether I’m assisting with a marketing project, helping troubleshoot a challenge, or supporting training initiatives, I believe the best work comes from leading with patience, kindness, and a willingness to genuinely support others. Creating an environment where people feel comfortable asking questions, learning something new, and growing professionally is one of the most rewarding parts of my role, and I strive to bring a bubbly, approachable, and supportive energy into everything I do.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, staying active, trying new restaurants and cocktail spots, and finding live music around town. Spending time with family and friends and staying connected to the community are important to me, and I try to bring that same positive energy into my work every day.
