About Carole Anne Payne

As an Air Force spouse for over 25 years, with numerous home purchases, sales and rentals, I bring a lifetime of real estate experience to the table! With Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Nursing, attention to detail and a keen eye for numbers are inherent in my personality and work ethic, in addition to strong interpersonal skills. Spending numerous years in education has borne in me the heart of a teacher, and I am passionate about helping others by simplifying complex issues and streamlining processes.
