Kudos to Chris Via! He worked diligently with us, helping us make two offers that turned out to be false starts before finding our ideal property. When the right one popped up at just the right time, we had to move fast in a sellers market to be ahead of other buyers, and he was prepared. Without his expert help, we may have missed the property wed been searching for, which is in walking distance from loved ones and fits our needs better than any we had seen during more than six months of searching within our narrow parameters. Since we moved cross-country we needed guidance for meeting Texas legal requirements, and Chris was always on top of the details for us. Moving day came, then two long days of driving. We arrived at our new home and Chris was there with a wonderful house-warming celebration. Since then he has continued to go the extra mile to help us as needs arise. We cannot recommend Chris highly enough!
