Our experience with Cindy was fabulous. She listened to our wants and needs, was patient with us as we figured out our priorities, helped us through our re-thinking during the process, and was very professional with her opinions when we asked for her advice and opinion along the way. She sent out beautiful postcards with our house picture listing all it's features to our neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods. She also put up a "coming soon" sign for a week, which we thought was brilliant since there were other homes already for sale on our block. She also committed to 2 open houses on the first weekend our house was for sale. We honestly feel we sold our house to the first lookers, and first bid because of her proactive and appropriately aggressively advertising. As far as all the paper work, contracts, negotiations, inspections, closings etc. Cindy was very good about answering any of our questions, along with making sure she pointed out anything she wanted to make sure we understood. All 3 of us were on the same page when it came to, better to ask then be surprised. Cindy is so easy to work with. Personable, helpful, patient, and you always felt you were her only client. She never gave you the impression she was in a hurry, even though you knew she had other clients she was working just as hard for in selling or finding them a home.

Cindy Grotzinger listens to your needs and works really hard to make sure they are met. She is a delightful person, very professional and a super communicator. Without Cindy, we would not have found our dream property to open our equestrian center! We are looking forward to working with her soon on the sale of our house.

It has taken us a minute to unpack, but we are close to settling into our new home. So, now that we have that part done, I am able to sit down outside in our oversized patio and leave a review for a Realtor who came to our rescue. After dealing with another real estate broker, who was no help in trying to sell our home, and after 100 days on the market, he left us no choice but to fire him. (We should have done it sooner, but my husband and I were new at this. So, anyways, Cindy Grotzinger) was willing and excited to help us sell and find our new home. She took on a challenge and did not once fail us. It was a very long and sometimes overwhelming process, but she came through. Cindy was positive, professional, and gave nothing but the best customer service. At any time of the day, she communicated with us, which was something we needed. Cindy was able to find a buyer for our home in less than 2 weeks and found us a home we are happy with. We could not be more satisfied with Cindy's services. She even helped us with a moving survivor kit that came in handy, and when we needed to do additional cleaning in the home we were selling, she did not hesitate to help.
