About Cindy Pfeifer

I love houses! Almost everything about them, from the beauty of the exterior, whether it's stone, wood or stucco on the outside, to the color of the walls and the texture of the flooring. I love the way each home can bring out a different feeling in you depending on the style and flow of the rooms. This makes real estate the perfect job for me!

 

I have a Bachelors degree in Marketing and Advertising from the University of Kansas. My first job was working at an advertising agency servicing clients and developing marketing plans. My next job I spent 5 exciting years working at the Spurs, my title was Marketing Manager and my job was working with our biggest advertising clients. After moving to Austin and having children I began a career as a real estate agent. I am the luckiest person in the world in that I get to combine my love of houses, my experience in marketing and customer service and my love of the city of Austin! I am also a very detail oriented and organized individual who will take you through your real estate transactions from start to finish.

 

When I am not working in real estate, I enjoy spending time with my children who are teenagers and my wonderful husband Mike and our dog Molly. I enjoy running and working out at the gym and watching movies.

 

My husband and I personally own a large number of investment/rental properties-giving me first-hand experience with what works in this town for rentals. I have had great success here in the Austin market and can be a great asset in selecting the right rental properties I also have experience with the 1031 Exchange process. I enjoy teaching other investors how they can make money in this incredibly solid and growing market. I can also help you find your dream home, whatever that may be!
