Using the VA Loan, my wife and I thought that homeownership would never be possible in Austin. Previous relators either failed to understand the loan or failed to give us the time of day for using it. However, David Lessenberry went above and beyond to find us our dream home. 5 stars isn't enough, absolute rockstar here. I moved back to Austin from out of state so touring apartments was a non-option. I worked with David Lessenberry and from the moment I texted him until after moving into my apartment he was in full contact. He provided a comprehensive breakdown of apartments in key areas, with a bevy of information including price, and specific pet policies. Having a large dog it was difficult on my own to find an apartment but David made it easy. He went to look at places and was never bothered or inconvenienced whenever I would call or text him. Any housing needs I have going forward I will be using him and this team.

I used David Lessenberry as an agent to help find a rental unit. I needed a place near UT's campus a month before school started, which is unheard of (leases are normally signed a year or more in advance). David did the impossible and found me multiple excellent options within my price range, arranged tours around my odd and difficult schedule, and walked me through the entire process. I was beyond stressed after trying to do it all myself, but thanks to David, I ended up with a beautiful place right off campus.
