I have also worked as an Occupational Therapist, which is an amazing contribution to the world of real estate purchase and sales. Having worked in the medical field, I have assisted my clients in regaining independence and enhancing their lives after whatever incident caused our paths to meet. That experience transfers easily to the real–estate world.

 

I understand that clients may have special needs, and I can help them find the right home or I can market their home to the right buyers. I can also help my clients age in place, meaning I am able to advise homeowners on how to adapt their house so that they can live there longer as their capabilities change as they grow older.

 

I have moved with my family numerous times, giving me personal experience with the upheaval moving can cause. I was born and raised in Odessa, TX, but have also lived in Galveston, TX; San Antonio, TX; Tulsa, OK; Bellevue, WA; Honolulu, HI; and started living in Austin in 1998. I enjoy helping people purchase real estate through effective communication, analysis of their needs and wants, and being myself — a fun loving person that treats others as I would like to be treated.

Delfin has spent the last 20+ years learning the art of making pretty darn good breakfast tacos- including such skills as choosing the right tortilla, scrambling eggs, what to put in the taco, and how spicy a salsa should be. He also has years of experience of finishing athletic endeavors such as runs ranging from the 5K to the marathon and a couple of triathlons- all usually towards the end of the pack; but all with a feeling of accomplishment at the other side of the finish line.
