Hi, I’m Elias Rodriguez, a REALTOR® serving the Central Texas corridor. My approach to real estate is calm, client-focused, and built around one priority: listening first—so we can create a plan that truly fits your goals, your timeline, and your comfort level.

Before real estate, I built my career in the culinary and restaurant industry, working in restaurants where great service, attention to detail, and staying composed under pressure aren’t optional—they’re the standard. That background shaped how I work with clients today: I’m organized, responsive, and steady when things get busy, and I focus on making sure you always know what’s happening and what comes next. I’m a big kid at heart, but I take the responsibility of guiding you through a major financial decision seriously—and I know how to get things done.

Outside of real estate, I’m all about family time. I’ve been with my wife for over 25 years, and we enjoy keeping life simple and meaningful. I also love to swim, I’m always up for great coffee, and when I get a little downtime, you’ll probably find me playing video games. At home, I’m happily outnumbered by our pets—Lena, an 8-year-old boxer mix, and Mellow, our calico cat.
