About Elizabeth Mauricio

I have been fortunate to reside in various places throughout my life. Growing up, my stepfather, a retired Navy personnel, led us from Southern California to the charming Skagit Valley, Washington, during my high school years. The move was quite the cultural shift, but we quickly embraced the stunning scenery and outdoor adventures.

Eighteen years ago, I met my husband, and together we raised a family with one daughter and two sons. Spending quality time with my loved ones is my favorite pastime. We share a passion for sports, especially football, traveling, playing board games, and indulging in good food - We're known to find the best BBQ or tacos & margaritas wherever we go!

Community involvement is close to my heart, as I believe in providing children with enriching experiences for their future development.

As our older children left home, my husband and I sought a new chapter, feeling the pull towards something greater. This led us to the vibrant San Antonio area, where we found a sense of belonging and quickly established meaningful friendships that became like family.

My entrepreneurial journey spans 15 years, initially in the bar and restaurant industry, and later transitioning into real estate as an agent and investor for the past 8 years. Throughout this time, my focus has always been on delivering top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

My values of family, community engagement, and entrepreneurship reflect my determination, integrity, and character. I live by the golden rule of treating others as I would like to be treated.
