Howdy! I’m Evelina Guerrero, a proud fourth-generation Texan, Fighting Texas Aggie (x2), and Realtor serving the San Antonio area.

My path to real estate has been anything but traditional. Before becoming a Realtor, I began my career as a public school teacher before transitioning into research and student psychology at Texas A&M University. Afterward, I moved into the corporate world, working in business operations and executive support. Along the way, I developed a passion for helping people navigate complex decisions with confidence and clarity.

As a homeowner and real estate investor myself, I understand that buying, selling, or investing in real estate is about much more than a transaction. It’s about creating opportunities, building wealth, and finding a place to call home. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, a growing family, an investor, or preparing to sell, my goal is to make the process as smooth, informed, fun, and stress-free as possible.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me traveling the world (19 countries and counting!), exploring different cultures, spending time with family and friends, or learning more about real estate investing and personal growth.
