About Germirrah Cannon

Hi, my name is Germirrah and I am a Texas REALTOR®. I am also a current Business major pursuing an Associate’s degree.

I grew up in Mississippi and I have lived in Texas the past couple of years. My husband and I are both currently in the Army, which brought us to Central Texas. I would like to consider myself as very military friendly, and I understand what life is like as a soldier and a military spouse. I love living here, the environment, traveling to different places and meeting new people.

I’ve had an interest in real estate for as long as I can remember. When I was little my mom and I used to watch Property Brother’s and Flip or Flop, and I remember saying that’s what I wanna do when I grow up. I want to help people find their dream homes and be a part of such a huge event in their lives, so I became a REALTOR®. I enjoy helping and serving people and I’ve never had a job where that wasn’t my purpose.

As a mom, I am very family-oriented and I wholeheartedly understand how important it is to either find that perfect home or sell and start fresh somewhere new. I prioritize my clients needs and I do my best to help them achieve their goals.
