About Hayden Eastwood

I joined the military at 17 years old, and over the next six years, I had the opportunity to travel the world, visit 11 countries, and serve as a helicopter engine mechanic working primarily on Blackhawks and Chinooks. The Army taught me discipline, responsibility, attention to detail, and how to solve problems when the outcome matters.

At 19, I purchased my first home using my VA loan. I later turned that same home into a rental property, which gave me my first real experience with the power of real estate. Once I saw what was possible, I became hooked.

What started as curiosity quickly became a passion for understanding every part of the industry: loans, interest rates, investing, market movement, rental properties, negotiation, and how real estate can impact a family’s financial future. That passion led me to pursue a degree in finance, where I could study the business side of money, markets, and long-term decision-making.

Even while deployed overseas, I continued taking college classes and studying finance whenever I could. I was working full-time in the military, living across the world, and still finding ways to build my knowledge because I knew real estate was where I wanted to build my future.

Eventually, I earned my real estate license and turned that passion into a career.

Since leaving active duty, I continue to serve in the Army Reserve as an IT specialist. Today, I help clients buy, lease, relocate, and make confident real estate decisions. My background in the military, finance, technology, and personal investing allows me to approach every client’s situation with strategy, education, and clear communication.
