Janessa was incredible! We weren't sure if we really needed a realtor because we were renting, but we are moving to Austin from out of town and we are so glad we didn't do this alone. We specifically sought an LGBTQ+ realtor and immediately our comments were blown up recommending Janessa and she made our lives so easy. She asked our preferences, made appointments for us to go see houses, and she was very thorough and detailed about the information for each of the properties. She even put up with all 900 of our anxious texts when we were waiting to be approved, haha! We cannot wait to use her when we buy our first home!

Worked with Janessa and Jessica who was an absolute dream to work with as a first-time home buyer, they had fantastic patience, consistent communication, and went out of their way to explain and guide us through what every step of the home buying process was and how to proceed. Would not have a home without them, cannot recommend enough for those who don't know where to start when looking for a home.
