Jen is always one step ahead of the Title Company, the Seller's agent, the appraisal, HOA docs, etc. Closing was a breeze. The gentleman at the Title company said he is consistently impressed by how much Jen's buyers get in seller-paid closing costs. She is sweet and kind, but a skilled negotiator.
