About Jesse Kissel

My name is Jesse Kissel. I am a Texan by birth and choice. I graduated from Texas Tech University (Guns up!) with a Business Degree in Marketing and Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. I spent the first 18 years of my career in the homeowners insurance landscape before deciding to pursue my true interest of real estate. Helping people is my passion—a mission that JBGoodwin Realtors® live by.

On the personal side, I am blessed with a wonderful wife (Kodie), three beautiful children (Jace, Kinley, Karsyn), and our two dogs (Rip, a chocolate Labrador, and Tator, a Yorkie). Outside of work, our kids keep us busy with football, basketball, and softball events. In my spare time, I love watching college sports, camping with my son, or participating in any activity that takes me outdoors!

My desire to pursue a career in real estate started at an early age. I would watch my father assist people with finding homes and investment opportunities as a Realtor in the College Station, TX area. I always loved when he would let me tag along while showing houses or land to a family friend. My father showed me that real estate can be fun and enjoyable when you approach it with the mindset of helping someone find their dream home and build their own wealth. My dad would become friends with every buyer or seller he worked with because it was more than just a "transaction."

I also take that same approach with my clients. As a Realtor, I work for you! My promise is to always follow the Golden Rule: TREAT OTHERS THE WAY I WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED.
