What a blessing! We contacted Jill Whittaker by phone on April 19, from Florida, looking for a home to rent in the Randolph area starting around June 1 for our PCS. She was friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very helpful. That day, she sent us 29 listings to look through! The website is user friendly and made our input available for her perusal. Each day, we received another handful of new or adjusted listings and rented ones went away. It took us a while to sort through them, but she answered our questions, helped us with timing, and finally told us to pick our top four for her to walk through on the following day. Turns out, two were already spoken for. She uploaded narrated walk-throughs of the others, helped us prioritize our criteria, make a decision and apply remotely. As of April 27, we're set for a door-to-door PCS, with the confidence of having found a good match for our needs! We strongly recommend her services as a top-notch, friendly, efficient realtor!
