5 stars are not enough for the incredible realtor that Joana is! I met Joana by chance when inquiring about a house. She was the agent listed. That home wasn't the one we wanted, but she offered to show us some. We have very toxic landlords that I didn't think we could get away from. She showed us a couple of houses. Due to our financial situation, most properties require a double deposit, and we just couldn't do that right now. I told her I'm sorry I wasted your time; we'll just renew our lease. The next morning, she called and said she wasn't giving up. She had been negotiating the heck out of the deal, she told me that she had spoken to them and they would accept a month-and-a-half deposit and split it into 3 payments. We applied, were approved, and had a lease signed in less than 12 hours! Literally, I will never be able to say thank you enough! Heaven-sent truly! I may actually buy a house one day just to pay her back.
