About Jonathan J. Saehang

Introduction

I am an Asian-American born and raised in Austin, Texas. A unicorn is what I've been called a couple of times because there are not many born-and-bred Austinites who still call this city home. My ethnicity is Thai & Chinese, but of the two, I can only speak Thai as my secondary language.

Education

I graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos with a Major in Advertising and a Minor in Media Studies.

Career Experience

I began my career in commercial real estate with an emphasis in restaurants because I am what you would call a "Restaurant Baby," because my family has owned and operated restaurants in the city since I was in diapers, so the business is ingrained in my DNA. I want to learn all aspects of real estate to become flexible to handle different scenarios, so I turned to residential as my primary expertise. I have been in the real estate industry since 2018. I am an expert in residential sales for new homes, resale homes & land, home & apartment leasing, and retail/restaurant commercial leasing.

Personal

Outside of work, I am an avid traveler, exploring the world alongside my spirited wife. A sports enthusiast, I enjoy both playing and watching games, often accompanied by a steaming cup of coffee while diving into books and comics. At home, I delight in spending time with my pets. Known for my upbeat attitude, I see the best in people and circumstances. I'm driven by a robust work ethic, self-motivation, and a passion for seizing every opportunity life offers.
