Joni was freaking amazing! I moved to San Antonio in 2015 and had to complete the entire transaction from AZ, except for actually viewing the property, which we flew in to do. It was a complete and utter disaster, which was compounded daily after we moved in. I never felt that our realtor had our best interests at heart, and being that she always spoke fondly of the sellers, I came to understand too late where her loyalties lay.
