Our realtor Kevin walked us through every step with our new build home. He was always reaching out to the builder to check on updates and ensure all the steps were being done on time. His communication was excellent and he always kept us up to date with the process. He came with us during our walk through which was extremely helpful as his attention to detail helped us catch any imperfections that the home had, allowing us time to have the builder fix them before our closing date.
