About Kristian Hardie

I believe being a great REALTOR® starts with understanding people, serving them well, and having the experience to help them make confident decisions.

My experience in real estate began long before I became a licensed REALTOR®. For more than a decade, I’ve built firsthand experience through real estate investing, property ownership, and property management. That background allows me to look beyond simply buying or selling a home and help my clients understand the bigger picture of ownership, investment, and long-term value.

Service has been a constant throughout my life. I’m a retired veteran of the United States Army, where I developed the discipline, integrity, leadership, and attention to detail that I bring to every real estate transaction.

I’m also a Licensed Master Barber and Licensed Esthetician and spent years building, owning, and operating my own grooming barbershop. Behind the chair, I learned that successful business is built on relationships. I listened to people, earned their trust, celebrated their milestones, and built connections that extended far beyond a haircut.

That journey inspired a phrase that represents my transition into real estate: “Fades to Foundations.” To me, it’s about more than moving from barbering to real estate. It represents taking the relationships and commitment to service I developed behind the chair and bringing them to the closing table—helping people move from conversations about their goals to building foundations for their future.
