Hi, I’m Lais Murphy, and I’m proud to call Austin home.

Originally from Brazil, I moved to Austin more than eight years ago and quickly fell in love with everything this city has to offer, from its welcoming communities to its vibrant neighborhoods and beautiful Hill Country scenery. That journey gave me a deep appreciation for what “home” truly means and inspired me to build a career helping others find the perfect place to create their own memories.

Family is at the center of everything I do. My husband and I love exploring Central Texas together, trying new restaurants, spending time outdoors, and making memories with our two dogs, Brolley and Alfie, who are a big part of our family. As someone who relocated internationally, I understand both the excitement and the challenges that come with moving, buying a home, and starting a new chapter.

Fluent in both English and Portuguese, I’m passionate about helping a diverse range of clients, including first-time buyers, growing families, relocations, investors, and sellers. My goal is to make every real estate experience feel personal, transparent, and as stress-free as possible. I believe buying or selling a home is more than a transaction.
