About Lawrence Mayfield

I was born and raised in San Diego, California, where I met my wonderful wife, Colette. In 2011, we moved our family to Austin, Texas, and it has been one of the best decisions of our lives. My career began in the video game industry as a tester, and I later transitioned into software development as a QA Automation Engineer. This experience has honed my keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence.

 

My journey into real estate is driven by a genuine desire to help people. As a husband and father of three, I understand the importance of finding the perfect home. However, my dedication extends to assisting anyone on their real estate journey, whether you're a first-time homebuyer, looking to sell, or seeking investment opportunities.

 

In my spare time, I volunteer for a prison ministry, helping men learn more about theology and develop the self-awareness needed to make better choices. My involvement extends beyond prison walls, as I also assist these individuals in rebuilding their lives upon reentry into society.

 

Coming from a humble background, I worked hard to acquire the skills necessary to provide for my family. My journey from being an artist to a coder and now a REALTOR® is fueled by my dedication to helping others. Texas has been an incredible place for my family, and I'm inspired to give back to the community that has given us so much.
