Lillie recently handled the sale of my rental property. I found her totally amazing! She not only gave me excellent guidance in how to best prepare this house for sale, but she came over to the property and helped me clean it up. Then she worked with my renters to stage the house for its best viewing. My renters found her to be very professional and easy to work with. She worked diligently with us after the appraisal came in, making sure we understood what we were required to do in the way of repairs or improvements to bring the house up to the appraiser's recommendations.
