About Linsey Bared

Hi, I'm Linsey Bared. Whether you're buying or selling, I'm here to help make the process feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more manageable.

I proudly serve San Antonio, New Braunfels, San Marcos, and the surrounding Central Texas communities.

Outside of real estate, I'm a vocal coach and have been involved in community theatre for many years. As a vocal coach, I've learned that everyone communicates and learns a little differently. That experience has shaped the way I work with my clients by taking the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure they feel heard, supported, and comfortable every step of the way. My goal is to make sure you always know what to expect, so you can move forward with confidence.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me cooking, caring for my houseplants, or involved in a local theatre production. I'm happiest when I'm creating something, learning something new, or spending time making a house feel like home.
