REALTOR®Hello! Welcome to My Jbgoodwin Page!
I am proud to call San Antonio HOME for the last 20 years! My husband and I raised three boys who all graduated from Alamo Heights ISD. After they completed school, we restored a 1914 home that has been in our family for over 70 years in historic Tobin Hill (near the Pearl) and made this our forever home. We absolutely love this area and restored another of our historic family homes in the neighborhood to run as a short-term rental. I am passionate about helping keep our community vibrant and safe for businesses and residents alike. Also, I am an active board member of the Tobin Hill Community Association, where the Pearl and St. Mary's Strip are located!
Originally from the Rio Grande Valley, I was a high school math teacher in Port Isabel and then taught here in San Antonio before transitioning into EdTech sales, which I have thrived at for the last 15 years. While doing that, my husband and I bought, rehabbed, and sold more than 20 houses in SA, and then I became a licensed REALTOR®. Currently, we own and manage mid-term and short-term rental properties. I have such a passion for all things real estate, especially historic homes.

I currently hold the designation Historic House Specialist by the San Antonio Office of Historic Preservation and San Antonio Board of REALTORS®. I have first-hand knowledge of the rules and regulation regarding operating T1 and T2 short-term rentals here in San Antonio and can guide you through that process if you would like to buy an investment property or simply have questions about a property.
I love everything San Antonio! I am an active participant and volunteer at various FIESTA San Antonio events, Treasurer of the San Antonio Hermann Sons Home Association, President of Louise Schuetze Hermann Sons lodge no. 3, a former Spurs season ticket holder, and a board member of Tobin Hill Community Association. My husband and I love walking our beautiful Rottsky, Daisy, through the Pearl, visiting the Pearl Farmer's Market on the weekends, riding our Harley through the hill country, and heading to the Texas coast when we can!
