Being transgender and dealing with those who don't yet have an understanding about pronouns and gender identity can be discouraging. But Lorena went above and beyond making me feel valid for who I am, as well as taking care of all pre-introductions with everyone I would eventually have to interact with so that nobody would deadname me or misgender me. She took all that awkward hard work and did it herself just so that I could feel good. It is believed that less than 2% of transgender people in the USA are homeowners. I'm glad that with Lorena's dedication to her craft and commitment to the LGBT community, I am one more!

Lorena was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had several issues in our home-buying process, including a seller who was not providing enough information and some misunderstandings on our lender’s part. Lorena helped us work through all of those issues with a positive attitude, a great work ethic following up with our lender, great availability (even after hours and on weekends), and great respect for safety precautions during the pandemic. She also helped us to get a house we wanted while also helping us to look objectively at the pros and cons of all the homes we looked at. Most importantly, we always felt listened to and that she wanted to get us the best home for us, even though a lower price would mean a lower commission for her. In short, we always felt she had our best interests in mind.
