Meet Malary
REALTOR®Hey ya'll! My name is Malary Deike and I am a Texas gal, born and raised. Born in San Antonio, and raised just outside of the city in the rapidly growing town of Boerne, I have learned the area well. I found my passion in housing 3 years ago, when I joined JBGoodwin as a Residential Real Estate Agent. I was given the amazing experience to work with relocating families, coming from all over the state AND world.
Whether it be my military families, young couples just starting out, my elderly clients who need extra care, or my growing families, the end goal is the same-find them a house that will make them feel as if they never left home.
Apart from real estate, some things I enjoy are strong coffee, fishing on the coast of Texas, living an active lifestyle, and *above all* striving to be the best mother possible to my little boy, Bear. Bear was a huge blessing to my family and I in May of 2018. He gave us much needed hope and purpose after losing my daughter "Bella" in January of 2017 to a distracted driver. Bella was born in August of 2016 and gifted us with lots of laughter and more love than we had ever experienced, losing her was heartbreaking. Life is precious.
I learned a few things in my early adulthood that I continue to carry into my business. I realize that sometimes the "small things" can make a huge difference in my clients lives, that's why I strive to go the extra mile to ensure their needs are being met. I believe that God gives us just what we can handle, and that many of the trials and tribulations we face are for a purpose, even if it simply to build us.
No two transactions are exactly alike, therefore we are bound to face sticky situations. How we handle these situations can make or break our process. I have a problem-solving personality, and I am not afraid to think outside of the box to get results for my clients.
Above all, my favorite opportunity within Real Estate, is building a life long friendship and business relationship with my clients, as well as watching them grow into (and sometimes out of) their new home(s).
