About Manny Loya

My name is Manuel Loya Jr., but please call me Manny. I'm a proud native Texan, born and raised in Midland and now grateful to call the San Antonio area home. I was raised in a Christian household surrounded by the values of hard work, faith, and family, with deep roots in both ranching and the oil and gas industry.

 

After high school, I followed a calling to serve my country by joining the Marine Corps. The Corps instilled in me the values of loyalty, integrity, and commitment- qualities that continue to shape who I am and how I serve my clients today.

 

Following my military service, I spent over two decades in the oil and gas industry, working across Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, and Arkansas. My career often required relocating, which meant moving my family, renting, buying, and navigating the housing market firsthand. I understand the importance of finding the right home, in the right place, for the right reasons.
