Nelly (Marianela "Nelly" Eichler) helped my wife and me with a recent move to San Antonio. Without exaggeration, she's by far the best agent I've ever worked with. After enquiring about several properties, I started getting contacted by various agents who weren't very helpful at all. In general, they were unresponsive and unreliable, but most frustratingly, they completely ignored any direction. For example, Me: "We're looking specifically for a 4+ bedroom house, no apartments." Agent: "Here's a 2-bedroom apartment listing". Seriously! Then I got a call from Nelly. The best way I can describe my experience is that working with her was more like having a good friend of yours helping you find a place you really love. She was attentive, easy to talk to, and went out of her way multiple times to make sure we got to the right place. In fact, the main listing agent for the property we got was so unreliable we never would've gotten it had it not been for Nelly, who got on her case and made sure she followed through! After we got moved in, Nelly even contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed. Needless to say, I'm sorted with a real estate agent. Now, if only I could find a "Nelly" doctor, accountant, lawyer, etc.
