About Marilyn Heckmann

I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2002. As a lifelong resident of the Austin area, my knowledge of real estate is widespread. I am known for my ability to listen to my clients and effectively communicate with all parties involved in the real estate transaction process. 

I am dedicated to my family and my community. I have been married to my husband, a custom home builder, for 51 years. This has given me insight into the process of buying, building, and selling homes. I also have 2 grown children and 1 grandson and 3 granddaughters who live in the area. I held pivotal roles as a Travis County Victim Service Crisis Intervention volunteer for many years and currently as a Stephen Minister volunteer with my church. I strive to give that same dedication and service to each of my clients through my ability to respond to their needs.

I decided to go into real estate because I love helping people. One of my jobs as an agent is helping my Sellers get their homes ready to place on the market. I properly advertise their home to as many individuals as possible while helping them get the best price. When my buyers walk into the door of the right home, they will know it... It just feels right.
