Hey y’all!!

My name is Melissa Depaz. I am from Austin, Texas, born and raised, a true Austinite. I love Austin; it is the perfect kind of weird. I love meeting new people and hearing their life stories because the truth is, we all have one, and our stories are unique in their own way. I cannot wait to listen to yours!

Customer service is my top priority from the moment we meet to creating a lifelong friendship. My goal is to help you accomplish your dream of purchasing your new home, help you sell your current home to find the "one," or help you add to your portfolio of investment properties. I am here to make your experience a great one. I assure you that I will provide the best quality service and make your real estate process stress-free and memorable. I am a Texas State University alumnus, Eat 'Em Up, Cats! I majored in criminal justice and absolutely loved it. Upon receiving my bachelor's, I wanted to pursue a master's degree, but I decided to take a different route once I learned about the real estate career. (p.s. I fell in love with it.)

Aside from all things real estate, I value family time. So, during my spare time, I enjoy spending it with my family. I love the simple things, such as watching a movie with them or paddleboarding Lady Bird Lake while we soak up the sunset and the gorgeous Austin skyline. I love traveling and creating new memories in different places.
