Melissa Moran is the gold standard of realtors! A few months back, my wife and I made the decision to sell our home and move to get closer to work. Our loan officer provided us with Melissa’s information. We had a few introductory meetings with other realtors, but after meeting with Melissa, we knew she would be our realtor. It was our first time buying an already-built home (i.e., not new construction) and our first time needing/working with a realtor. We were looking for someone to listen, someone to advise, and ultimately, someone to partner with throughout the home buying process. We cannot be more thankful to have met Melissa and have her as our realtor. Our very first meeting with Melissa set the perfect tone. We met with Melissa virtually and Melissa walked us through her background, her approach, and how she partners with her clients to help them find a home they love.
