About Merrill Franklin

Central Texas has been home to me for over 30 years. After living in Austin for 25 years, I settled in Kyle, where I've enjoyed being part of this growing community for the past 6 years. I love helping people find a place they can truly call home and will strive to make every real estate experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

When I am not working, you'll find me hiking, traveling, spending time with family and friends, or taking my little dog Toby for a walk, exploring the beautiful parks and trails that our area has to offer.

I believe that home is about more than just a house, its about the life you build there, and I am excited to help my clients every step of the way.
