Michael Mudd

I was born and raised in the Lone Star State and moved to Austin in 1998 after earning my bachelor's degree from Texas State University. I continued to work as a bartender on 6th Street before getting a “real job” in environmental consulting. While living in South Austin and raising my two young daughters, I returned to Texas State, earned my master's degree in 2016, and moved to Lakeway, being drawn to the picturesque Hill Country landscape, quality school system and small town charm.

I began my real estate career in 2022 with the goal of applying my customer service and consulting skills in helping people navigate one of the most important and complex life decisions – buying and selling a home. My optimism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence and integrity has translated well into my real estate career. I view my own success as directly connected to the satisfaction and happiness of the clients I serve.

In my free time, you can find me blazing the Hill Country trails and enjoying the Lakeway parks with my family, and our chocolate lab, Odis. I also enjoy mountain biking, playing golf, volunteering, attending live music shows and spending time with family and friends.
