I’m Mike, co-founder of the Torres Signature Group with my wife, Grace. As a third-generation Hill Country native, I’m proud to call Boerne home and guide clients throughout the Greater San Antonio area and Texas Hill Country.

My job is to bring clarity, calm, and a smart game plan, so you always know what’s happening, what’s next, and why it matters.

Before real estate, I worked as a financial advisor helping clients make smart decisions around investments, cash flow, and long-term planning. I’m also a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and I still operate the same way: prepared, accountable, and focused on the details that protect your interests — especially when it comes to pricing, negotiation, and timelines.

Outside of work, Grace and I train for marathons and triathlons, hunt down great coffee spots, and enjoy Hill Country life with our family.
