Having owned several homes, I know how painful real estate transactions can be. This time was different. From the beginning, Natalie made me feel at ease with her professionalism and personality. She was able to quickly identify exactly what I was seeking in the area I was interested in and flawlessly managed all aspects of the transaction afterwards. She saved me a considerable amount of money by suggesting an offer based on her research of the property, and handled the contract and inspection (including some extra areas that needed specialty evaluation) so that all I had to do was show up for closing, and was even able to negotiate a few extras from the seller that I figured I'd have to pay for out of my own pocket. Always available and quick to follow up with any questions/concerns that I had, she is and was a great asset to me during that time. Buying a home doesn't have to be a frustrating experience, especially if you have the right people on your side, and she made the entire process so much easier than it typically is. I was an extremely hard case for her but she never gave up, never gave in, and was extremely professional and respectful and kind. She treated me just as a friend would and I would never choose anyone else to ever help me when it comes to finding a place than Natalie. She is truly a God send.

Natalie was so great during our home search. She was able to work with us on our very busy schedules to fit us in for viewings. We had a time crunch of 4 weeks and we were able to find a home within 2.5 weeks with her help!
