About Nichole Copeland

As an original Austinite, I can proudly say that my city is amazing! My love for Central Texas comes from growing up between the Austin and the Bastrop area, which allows me to be well-versed in "city" and "country" life.

 

My passion for real estate and the dedication to help people obtain the American Dream comes from a very young age. I actually remember being asked in high school to write a letter to myself about what I wanted to do in the future. I recently found that letter and not surprisingly, my dream of becoming a REALTOR® was part of that. Even at a young age, I manifested the desire to be a REALTOR®! One of my goals in becoming a REALTOR® has always been to make sure I learn every aspect of real estate in order to best serve my clients. For that reason, I chose to work alongside another JBGoodwin REALTORS® for over 4 years. This has allowed me to learn about the profession I've made my passion.

 

Due to my husband being a US Veteran and learning about real estate before I became a REALTOR®, we have been able to use VA resources to purchase a home and investments in a short period of time. I knew that I wanted to be more than just a real estate professional. I wanted to obtain what I do for others for my own family as well, and the sky's the limit, for my family as well as it is for yours!

 

My real estate specialties include first-time home buyers/sellers, VA/military purchase and selling, investment properties, and of course helping you! Aside from things real estate, I am a boy mom of 4 and I enjoy traveling and creating memories with my sweet family as well as focusing on my health and fitness and participating in bodybuilding!
