My name is Noah Wells, and I am a licensed real estate agent with JB Goodwin Realtors. I proudly serve the San Antonio area and surrounding communities. In addition to my real estate career, I bring over two decades of leadership, operational planning, and program management experience as a Senior Enlisted Leader in the United States Air Force. I oversee the Religious Affairs at Joint Base San Antonio, managing a $3.3 million budget and assets across three installations spanning a 67,000-square-mile area. My role allows me to guide religious accommodation for a diverse population of over 684,000 personnel, fostering inclusivity and respect among varied beliefs and cultures.

After losing my son to cancer, my wife and I founded Gabriel's Gift Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and inspiring children facing cancer.  This deeply personal mission reflects my unwavering commitment to making a meaningful difference for families experiencing life's most challenging moments.

I hold a Master's degree in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, which enhance my ability to manage detailed contracts, negotiations, and strategic planning. Throughout my military career, I've honed my skills in cross-functional leadership, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail-qualities that also define my approach to real estate
